EXSS 471 - Organization and Administration of Athletics

A study of the administrative operations within the sports management profession, with special emphasis on fiscal management, public relations, and program evaluations of interscholastic and intercollegiate athletic programs. A study of leadership theories and styles as it relates to management, motivation, goal-setting, and supervision within the sports management arena will also be emphasized.
