A study of ESL teaching methods and techniques. Attention is given not only to the criteria for evaluating and selecting ESL learning materials appropriate to learners’ needs, but also to ESL curriculum design. This course is for teacher education students seeking State of Illinois ESL Endorsement and/or students seeking the ESL minor to work with language learners.
