This course will teach you how to simplify, analyze, and optimize performance using proven process improvement and change management techniques. Students will learn the principles and basic framework of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to solve business problems through quality control and continuous improvement. Real-world case studies will demonstrate how to improve quality and value while reducing cost and waste. Students have the opportunity to attain their initial level Six Sigma professional certification - Moresteam Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam. Prerequisite(s): BSNS 241 or MATH 241. UG
