Nutrition assessment and intervention strategies related to nutrition requirements, special conditions and cultural considerations for individuals and groups throughout the lifecycle. The course will also explore current and evolving research related to physiological changes and nutritional needs throughout the life course. Prerequisite(s): FACS 126 and FACS 232. UG
