MUED 330 - Principles of Sound, Mixing, and Recording

This course introduces the knowledge and listening skills required to complete recording projects with modern music production tools, including EQ, Compression, Reverb, and Delay. Students develop an understanding of sound and psychoacoustics through the lens of frequency, dynamics, and spatial considerations. Concepts are synthesized and applied to a comprehensive creative recording project. Prerequisite(s): MUED 240 , MUED 290 and successful completion of MUAP 225 . UG
