COMM 493 - Hollywood Production Workshop

This course will be a production-heavy course, allowing students to make a pilot using Hollywood locations, resources, and protocol. Students work collaboratively in groups and focus on creating a television/streaming-style pilot, including all the legal documentation, rights, and deliverables for distribution and marketing. The course will offer technical tutorials for each production position. The course will include a production component. This course is part of the L.A. Film Studies Center program. Prerequisite(s): Admission to LAFSC semester required. UG
