COMM 496 - Inside Hollywood

This course is an internship course where a faculty member will administer an internship experience and hours. It will include career coaching and preparation skills such as resume construction and portfolio building. Students will be introduced to industry professionals who will be invited to speak to students. The topics and activities will address what it means to be a professional working in Hollywood. This will include an “industry tour” around Hollywood during orientation. This course is part of the L.A. Film Studies Center program. Prerequisite(s): Admission to LAFSC semester required. UG
