This course is the study of leadership and management theories, principles, and concepts along with a critical examination of the nursing profession in the 21st century. The course will focus on facilitating professional leadership including knowledge of healthcare law. The goal is to enhance learners’ understanding of ethical management and leadership roles and current laws in the healthcare setting. 15 practicum/project hours required to complete course. CS
