FACS 126 - Nutrition, Health, and Fitness 3 hours This course provides an emphasis on essential nutrient functions, food sources, and nutrient recommendations as well as laboratory time to develop a personal health and fitness plan. Students also participate in computer-based nutrition analysis and menu planning, evaluation of consumer nutrition resources, and the use of labels for food selection. UG
