MATH 241 - Statistics 4 hours An introductory course in statistics with applications from a variety of disciplines. Topics include descriptive statistics, probability, expected value, sampling distributions, estimation, hypotheses testing of means and proportions (one and two sample cases), regression, correlation, chi-square, nonparametric statistics, and an introduction to analysis of variance. Prerequisite(s): GNST 095 , a Math ACT of 19 or SAT Math score of 510 or above. UG
