BUS 441 - Conflict Management and Resolution 3 hours This course revolves around identification and analysis of leadership strategies for dealing with both functional and dysfunctional conflict in the workplace. Leaders need to understand the potential for conflict to be either destructive or beneficial within an organization. Included is a study of various conflict management styles including avoidance, accommodation, collaboration, negotiation, mediation, and domination. Learners will understand the appropriate and inappropriate use of each technique. CS
