This course emphasizes managerial accounting concepts, including management and reporting of cash flows, financial statement analysis, traditional cost accounting systems, activity-based accounting concepts, and just-in-time concepts. Additionally, this class explores the tools and techniques used to control operations such as budgetary planning, C-V-P analysis, and capital budgeting.
