Organizational Behavior is an interdisciplinary field drawing from numerous disciplines including psychology, sociology, economics, organization theory, statistics, and others. This course will analyze the behavior of people in organizations. Organizational motivation, group behavior, group dynamics, communication, and decision-making are explored in the context of individual and group behavior.
