The candidates will be able to understand the fundamental legal principles of law that guide school discipline practices; Demonstrate knowledge regarding a variety of research-based practices that can be implemented to prevent and respond to behavior within a framework of multi-tiered systems. Further, the candidates will be able to support, plan, facilitate, and reflect on the effective restorative dialogue and a variety of alternatives to school discipline practices in their respective settings.
