NRSG 679 - Evidence-Based Practice and Project Proposal Development I 2 hours Students will apply intellectual curiosity into the identification of a problem relevant to nursing practice with an aim to improve health and/or transform health care. Students will perform a critical appraisal of peer-reviewed scholarly research from nursing and other disciplines. Through the identification of gaps, students will refine a working PICOT question, consider relevant theoretical approaches, and possible research design for their developing evidence-based practice (EBP) research project proposal. Students will translate and synthesize their findings into the creation of a scholarly literature review. Prerequisite(s): All 500 level courses in RN-MSN program, NRSG 627 , NRSG 629 and NRSG 653 . Prereq/Corequisite(s): NRSG 626 and NRSG 673 or NRSG 675 . GR
