ART 362 - Video Design

This course introduces students to the primary feature set and basic interface of non-linear video editing software on both iPad and laptop. Students will learn to perform basic editing functions while familiarizing themselves with the user interface. Topics include basic setup of video cameras; adjusting and customizing preferences and settings; capturing video and audio; and various editing techniques. Apple Pencil, iPad, laptop, and an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription required (see Department Technology Requirements for approved hardware). Prerequisite(s): ART 160 is strongly recommended.
