This course explores the business of health care in an ever-changing environment, and the current and future state of health care delivery systems, financing sources, technology, and emerging trends for the health care management professional. Students will look at management skills, including planning, organizing, evaluating, and decision making, and how these competencies facilitate enduring success in health care systems.
