The course reviews the strategies used by organizational leaders to be culturally responsive. The course will examine strategies for successfully working in areas of diversity for urban, suburban, and rural settings. The students will be exposed to and apply theory in various situations to ensure they are prepared for a leadership position in a diverse organizational environment. CS
