ART 365 - Programming for Artists 3 hours Students will explore the foundational use of programming languages used to create art for web, app, and software applications. This class will focus on designing logos, graphics, video, animations, and branding specifically for these applications. Topics will include understanding how to transform digital media for responsive design, how to create graphics and branding using HTML5, how to label graphics descriptively for visually-impaired users, and how to program logic that will cause media to change on command. Apple Pencil, iPad, and MacBook Pro required (see Department Technology Requirements). Prerequisite(s): ART 160 and ART 250 . UG
