COMM 211 - Print/Online Journalism Practicum

The emphasis is on the development of skills in news writing, editing, and layout and design for the student newspaper (print and online version). Practicum may be repeated up to four credit hours, but only one hour is required. Each practicum hour will require approximately four working hours per week. The student’s training will be under the direct supervision of the journalism instructor and the executive/section editors of the publications. Prerequisite(s): COMM 141 or instructors approval. UG
