The purpose of this course is to examine and develop some proficiency in the skills that are necessary to effectively communicate within organizations as well as between organizations and their constituencies. Of particular interest are topics such as conflict resolution, developing trust, clear presentation of organizational image, and decision-making in organizations. Offered in alternate years. UG
