FACS 266 - Infant and Toddler Nutrition

Focuses on the nutritional needs of infants and children and feeding practices of caregivers that promote normal development. Health problems with relationship to feeding and nutrition are discussed, and preparation of healthy snacks and meals is included. Includes classroom and laboratory experiences.
